This work for Falkensteiner Punta Skala demonstrates Craft’s ability to translate a strong asset into a fully considered F&B ecosystem, grounded in guest insight, commercial logic, and clear design direction. We began by analysing the target customer and identifying key gaps in the current market positioning, shaping a strategy that balances resort practicality with moments of destination appeal. From this, we developed new concepts and repositioned existing venues, supported by clear pricing frameworks, activation thinking, and a structured marketing overview. The approach also integrates third party partnerships and works hand in hand with interior designers to ensure each concept is delivered with clarity, consistency, and impact.
