Craft Hospitality Group was engaged during the architectural stage to support the development of a detailed food and beverage strategy for a 100-key luxury hotel and private members’ club in Georgetown, Washington DC. The scope included F&B space planning, venue zoning, operational flow, location readiness and building preparedness for a highly considered luxury hospitality asset. The team developed four signature dining experiences, including the private members’ spaces and a rooftop Michelin aspirational restaurant. Craft worked alongside Martin Brudnizki Design Studio across the internal F&B spaces, providing architectural and interior design reviews, operational guidance, and back of house zoning and layout direction to support the development of the kitchen planning and service infrastructure.
