The redevelopment introduced a new kitchen and enclosed dining space, reshaping the venue into a Sydney beach-inspired urban oasis with a strong neighborhood appeal. Since its relaunch, the venue has been generating seven times its pre-closure revenue, highlighting the impact of our strategic approach.
